The prevention and control measures of porcine epidemic diarrhea in the African swine fever situation

It has been more than two years since the fi rst case of African swine fever (ASF) were reported in 2008. To rebuild the herd, a large number of breeding pigs have been introduced in many cleared and newly built farms. so many pig farms face more challenges in the swine epidemic diarrhea.This paper introduces the causes, prevention and control difficulties and comprehensive prevention and control measures of viral diarrhea outbreak, hoping to provide some reference for colleagues in the breeding industry to scientifi cally prevent and control porcine epidemic diarrhea in the actual production.
