伪狂犬病gG-ELISA鉴别诊断方法的建立及其应用

摘    要:利用gG基因表达产物建立了gG-酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)鉴别诊断方法,以该方法检测100份猪血清,结果表明该方法可显著区分gG基因缺失疫苗免疫猪和野毒感染猪,且特异性强、敏感性高。临床应用表明,该方法结果与其它临床诊断结果符合率高。以该方法在部分使用gG基因缺失疫苗的猪场做流行病学调查,共检测842份血清,检出242份阳性,阳性率为28.74%。

Abstract:The gG~- and gE~- marker vaccines are the main vaccines which have been used for protecting porcine from Aujeszky's disease in our country now. It is difficult to judge whether animals were infected or vaccinated by routine PRV antibody testing because of using vaccines. In this study, the gG enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) based on recombinant glycoprotein gG for differentiation between infected and vaccinated pigs was developed. The specificity and sensitivity of the developed gG-ELISA were evaluated by testing 100 serum samples. The result of clinical application indicated that there are high coincidence rate between gG-ELISA and other clinical diagnosis methods. 842 serum samples of pigs that were vaccinated by gG~- marker vaccines have been tested by gG-ELISA for epidemiologic investigation, 242 positive sera were examined out, the positive rate was 28.74%.
