摘    要:防御素是一类富含半胱氨酸的阳离子抗微生物肽,具有广泛的抗微生物活性。哺乳动物防御素分子内含有由6个保守半胱氨酸残基形成的3对二硫键,根据其分子内二硫键的连接位置不同可分为α-防御素和β-防御素。防御素分子既可亲水又可亲脂,使其能与靶细胞膜相互作用并折断靶细胞膜,使靶细胞膜上形成通道,最终使靶细胞破裂死亡。

Abstract:Mammalian ~-defensins are endogenous cysteine-rich peptide antibiotics that are produced either by epithelial cells lining the respiratory, digestive and urogenital tracts or by granulocytes and macrophages. Here, we examined the expressive tissues of caBD-1 mRNA in camels through RNA in situ hybridiza- tion using the digoxigenin-labeled antisense nucleic acid probe which is 42bp and was designed and synthesized according the known caBD-1 cDNA sequence. The result indicates that caBD-1 mRNA express in the stratified squamous epithelium of dorsal tongue and the columnar epithelium of intestinal crypts.
