柔嫩艾美耳球虫氯嗪苯乙氰抗性株与氯羟吡啶抗性株的实验室诱导

摘    要:在药物浓度递增的情况下,经过10次传代,诱导出对1.25mg/kg氯嗪苯乙氰产生抗花药性的E.tenella虫株,初始诱导浓度为0.07mg/kg;经过6次传代,诱导出对150mg/kg氯羟吡啶产生抗药性的E.tenella虫株,初始诱导浓度为75mg/kg,低浓度(0.125mg/kg)氯嗪苯乙氰即具有高效抗球虫作用,在诱导过程中,E.tenella一旦对浓度(0.07mg/kg,0.125mg/kg)氯嗪苯乙氰产生了较为稳定的抗药性,诱导过程便进行得很快,一步一个台阶,即于虫的抗药性突破某一阈值后容易对高一级浓度的药物产生抗药性。

Abstract:Resistances to diclazuril and clopidol were developed by serially passaging Eimeria tenella in chicken with progressively greater concentations of drugs.Resistances to 1 25 mg/kg diclazuril and 150 mg/kg clopidol appeared after 10 and 6 passages respectively.Initial concentrations of drug were 0 07 mg/kg diclazuril and 75 mg/kg clopidol.During the development of resistance to diclazuril,resistance was difficult to arise at the beginning.But once resistance to 0 125 mg/kg diclazuril appeared stablely,the resistance to higher concentrations can be developed easily.
