| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在探索周期素依赖性蛋白激酶-5(CDK5)在羊驼皮肤中的表达与功能。以不同毛色的成年羊驼为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学法对CDK5在羊驼皮肤中的表达进行定位和定性研究,并利用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析了不同毛色羊驼皮肤CDK5基因的相对表达量。免疫组织化学结果显示CDK5在羊驼皮肤毛囊的外根鞘和毛球部呈阳性表达,根据光密度值分析得出CDK5在不同毛色羊驼毛囊中的表达差异显著(P0.05)。实时荧光定量PCR结果显示棕色羊驼中CDK5mRNA相对基因表达量是白色羊驼的1.6245倍。结果提示CDK5可能与羊驼毛色形成相关。
