新生仔猪舌乳头状瘤病调查

该文首次报道新生仔猪舌乳头状瘤病。该病临床表现为:1～5日龄新生仔猪舌前半部边缘出现乳头状突起,突起呈细丝状,长短不等(0.01～0.08cm),不分枝。临床组织学检查,乳头状突起是由复层扁平上皮细胞组成;患病仔猪死亡率达80％,耐过仔猪乳头状突起可逐渐消失,用外科摘除术可治愈本病。此病在我市本地有20余年历史,目前,每年有10余万新生仔猪患病,该病暂定名为“新生仔猪舌乳头状瘤病”。

A SURVEY OF LINGUOPAPILLOMATOSIS IN NEWBORN PIGS

This paper first reports a new linguopapillomatosis in newborn piglets. The disease was primarily processes papillaris, or papilloma on the lingual margin of front tongue in the neonates from 1 to 5 days of age. The processes were about 0.01 to 0.08 cm in length various size and no branching. That the papilloma consisted of stratified squ-amous epithelial cells was found out on the tongue by clinically histo-logic examination. The mortality rate was approximately 80% of the affected neonates. The papilloma can be gradually atrophied in the tolerated piglets. The affected piglets may be recovered after linguopa-pillectomy. The swine linguopapillomatosis had been appearing for 20 years within one county and its all sides in Chongqing. Now the incidence were over one hundred thousands each year. So that, it was defined as the linguopapillomatosis in newborn piglets.
