绵羊Txl-2基因CDS区克隆及其生物信息学分析

摘    要:本研究以绵羊睾丸组织为材料,利用RT-PCR技术获得绵羊硫氧还蛋白类蛋白2(Thioredoxin like protein 2,Txl-2)基因的CDS区序列,并对其进行生物信息学分析。结果表明,克隆得到的绵羊Txl-2基因CDS区为795 bp,编码264个氨基酸。生物信息学分析结果表明,Txl-2编码的蛋白无跨膜区、信号肽和N-糖基化位点,存在多个磷酸化位点;预测出了Txl-2蛋白的二级结构和三级结构;Clustel W方法对比绵羊Txl-2与绵羊、山羊预测序列同源性最高。

Abstract:RT - PCR was used to clone full length of Thioredoxin like protein 2 CDS from sheep testis and bioinformatics analysis was performed. The results showed that Txl -2 CDS was 795 bp and encoded a protein of 264 amino acids. It had no transmembrane region, signal peptide and N -glycosylation sites of Txl- 2 protein, while there were several phosphpryiation sites in the sequence. The Secondary structure and tertiary structure of Txl -2 protein were also predicted. The Clustel W alignment results showed that Txl- 2 had a close relationship with sheep and goat predicated sequence.
