| 摘 要： | 对70只供体波尔山羊进行超数排卵,1350只受体鲁北白山羊进行同期发情。超数排卵结果显示:第1组选用国产激素FSH,平均可冲出9.13枚胚胎,其中可用胚平均为8.18枚;第2组选用澳大利亚产的FSH,平均可冲出14.25枚胚胎,其中可用胚平均为14.05枚,两组结果对比差异显著(P<0.05),澳大利亚产的FSH效果优于国产FSH。同期发情结果表明:第1组选用国内自制的阴道栓进行处理,其发情率为75%;第2组选用澳大利亚产的海绵栓进行处理,其发情率为85%,两组结果对比差异显著(P<0.05),选用澳大利亚产的海绵栓优于自制的孕酮海绵栓。 |

| Abstract: | 70 Boer goats as donors were selected to superovalate and 1350 Lubei-white goats as acceptants were selected.to synchronizate oestrus.The result of superovalation showed that the first group which were disposed by FSH made in China got 9.13 embryos and 8.18 available embryos on average.The second group which were treated with FSH produced in Australia got 14.25 embryos and 14.05 available.embryos on average. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The result of synchronization oestrus showed that the oestrus ratio of the first group disposed by progesterone vagina embolisms made in China was 75% ,while that of the second group disposed by progesterone vagina embolism from Australia was 85%. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). |
