| 摘 要： | 基因杂合度与动物的性能之间存在着复杂的关系.通过比较研究发现,杂种个体免疫细胞数量高于同品种的纯合个体,并在免疫系统激活程度上存在差异,故而表现出更好的抗病能力.说明个体杂合度水平与疫苗的反应性间存在密切的关系.为探寻个体基因杂合度与疫苗反应性之间的关系,文章综述了基因杂合度和疫苗免疫反应方面的研究进展,以期为抗病育种提供参考.
