| Abstract: | In recent years,the study on miRNA has become a focus in life science gradually.This article reviewed the biological function of miRNA in eukaryotic and prokaryotes,and the methods for its prediction and identification,such as the moleculor cloning,bicinformatics.The problems and prospect in the study were elaborated. |
