| 摘 要： | 利用微卫星标记技术分析了湖羊、小尾寒羊、杜泊羊、特克塞尔羊和无角陶塞特羊5个品种的遗传多样性及其亲缘关系。结果表明：16个微卫星位点为高度或中度多态位点,各绵羊品种内的多态信息含量平均值为0.4569-0.7477;5个品种的平均杂合度在0.3500-0.4313之间。UPGMA聚类结果表明2个地方品种和3个引进品种的遗传距离较远,特别是与杜泊羊的遗传距离较远,提示湖羊和杜泊羊、小尾寒羊和杜泊羊的杂交组合更具优势。

| Abstract: | Five sheep breeds including hu sheep,small-tail han sheep,Dorper,Texel and Dorset were analyzed by microsatellite markers to investigate their genetic diversities and relationships.The results showed that the 16 microsatellite loci were middle polymorphism or high polymorphism.The mean polymorphism information content value of five sheep breeds were between 0.4569 and 0.7477,and the mean heterozygosity of five breeds were between 0.3500 and 0.4277.The UPGMA dendrogram showed that the genetic distance was fu... |
