| 摘 要： | 为了探讨蚯蚓粪减少臭气产生的机理，研究了蚯蚓粪的除臭作用及对家禽粪便中主要产臭气生物的影响。结果表明：与添加灭菌土或灭菌蚯蚓粪组相比，添加30％没有灭菌的蚯蚓粪能有效的减少鸡粪氨气和硫化氢的含量，并对产生臭味的大肠杆菌和变形杆菌有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。

| Abstract: | In the present study,were the mechanism of the malodor reducing activity of wormcast investigated through microbiology and theoretund method.Compared with the sterilizing vermicomposting and negative control group,30 % vermicomposting group could remove the ammonium gas and hydrogen sulfide in chicken feces.The vermicompost could inhibit and kill most of the E.coli and Proteus vulgaris which could produce the malodor. |
