| 摘 要： | 本文从西藏实际出发,以加快发展西藏绒山羊优势产业为目标及重点,客观分析了西藏绒山羊产业发展现状,剖析了西藏发展绒山羊产业存在的主要问题及制约因素,据此提出了大力发展绒山羊产业的对策措施,对指导西藏绒山羊产业的持续快速健康发展和较快增加农牧民收入具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | In order to rapidly develop the Tibetan cashmere industry and to lead a sustained develop- ment of the industry as well as increasing farmer＇s income, this paper presented the strategies of developing cashmere industry on the basis of the policies particularly of ＂the three representative＂ important thought and the scientific concept of development, meanwhile addressed the associative factors which included the current situation of Tibetan cashmere industry, and the existing problems which have been constraining the development of the regional cashmere industry. |
