| 摘 要： | 以构建的小尾寒羊卵巢组织cDNA文库为基础,利用最新的生物信息数据资料,采用同源克隆的策略,以已知其他物种与排卵率相关基因片段标记的探针对小尾寒羊发情期卵巢组织cDNA文库进行筛选、克隆,获得小尾寒羊卵巢组织特异表达的与排卵有关的基因ESTs,从而得到小尾寒羊与繁殖性状相关的新的候选基因。

| Abstract: | On the base of the construction of ovary cDNA library on Little-tailed Han sheep and the latest bioinformation,we got the special expression genes ESTs by screening and hybridizing the ovary cDNA library with the probes labeled by gene fragments on other species associated genes,So we had got some new candidate gene of Small Tail Han Sheep about reproductive traits. |
