摘    要:选用28日龄三元杂交(杜长大)断奶仔猪60头,平均体重7.50kg左右,随机分为六个处理组,每个处理10个重复,每个重复一头猪。第一组为对照组,饲喂玉米一豆粕型基础日粮;第二组在基础日粮中添加0.3%中草药复合多糖;第三组在基础日粮中添加0.6%复合多糖;第四组在基础日粮中添加0.9%复合多糖;第五组在基础日粮中添加0.6%白术多糖;第六组在基础日粮中添加抗生素。正式饲养14d后屠宰,取十二指肠、空肠和回肠做肠道组织切片,观察小肠绒毛高度,隐窝深度,并计算出绒毛高度与隐窝深度比。结果表明添加0.6%的复合多糖组能显著提高十二指肠的绒毛高度(P〈0.05),与对照组和抗生素组相比,分别提高了14.36%和8.43%。0.3%复合多糖组显著提高小肠绒毛与隐窝深度比,并分别比对照组和抗生素组高出11.99%和11.41%。其它肠段的各指标有一定程度的提高(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:A total 60 of ablactating piglets( 1/2Large white × 1/4Duroc×1/4Landrace), 28 days of age ,7.5kg BW were divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates per treatment and one piglet per replicate. The basal diet was fed with corn soybean meal, which was fed to the 1st group as negative control; The 2nd group was fed with basal diet adding polysaccharides(PS) in 0. 3% level as the positive control; The 3rd group and 4th group were fed with basal diet adding polysaccharides in 0. 6% level,0. 9% level respectively. The 5th group was fed with basal diet adding rhizome atractylodis macrocephalae in 0. 6% level; the 6th group was fed with basal diet adding antibiotic. Butchered all piglets after 14 days, duodenum, Tejunum and ileum were collected and tissue slice were made. Surveyed the height of small intestines down and the depth of recess and calculate the ratio of height and depth. The results showed the height of duodenum down was improved greatly (P〈0. 05). 14. 36% and 8. 43% were increased respectiely contrast with the negative control and the antibiotic group. The ratio of the height of small intestines down and the depth of recess in the polysaccharides groups was also increased remarkablely, 11.99% and 11.4% were increased respectively in contrast to the negative control and the antibiotic group.
