对畜禽粪便污染治理的一些看法

本文认为我国水环境污染难以根本改善的原因是只重视工业废水和生活污水的治理而忽视了畜禽粪尿污染水环境的治理。指出大中城市及人口稠密地区要把畜禽养殖的环保工作放在重要位置来抓。同时提出了畜禽粪尿治理工作的指导思想和工作步骤。

Some Views on the Harness of the Excreta Pollution of Animals and Poultries

It was considered in this paper that the reason why the water pollution in China was difficult to be improved basically was thinking highly of the harness of industry waste water and the polluted water for living and neglecting the harness of water environment polluted by the excreta of animals and poultries. It was also indicated that the environment protection in the raising of animals and poultries should be put on an important position in large and middling cities and the area with high density of population. Meanwhile, the guidline and working steps for the harness of excreta of animals and poultries were proposed.
