摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲料中添加不同水平的小球藻醇提物(EEFCV)对瓦氏黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能、体成分、消化酶活性及血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选用体质量约1.85 g的瓦氏黄颡鱼苗540尾,随机分为6个组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾鱼。各组分别投喂添加0(T0组)、0.25%(T1组)、0.50%(T2组)、1.00%(T3组)、1.50%(T4组)和2.50%(T5组)EEFCV的6种等氮等脂试验饲料,饲养周期为56 d。结果表明:1)T4和T5组的末均重、增重率和特定生长率均显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T4和T5组的饲料系数均显著低于T0组(P<0.05)。各组的存活率、肥满度、脏体比和肝体比无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组的粗蛋白质和粗灰分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。T5组的粗脂肪含量显著高于T0组(P<0.05),T5组的水分含量显著低于T0组(P<0.05)。3)各组的胃、肠和肝脏的蛋白酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)各组的血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶活性及胆固醇、甘油三脂、尿素氮、葡萄糖和总蛋白含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。T1、T3和T4组的血清谷草转氨酶活性显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。5)T4组的血清丙二醛含量显著低于T0组(P<0.05),T3、T4和T5组的血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于T0组(P<0.05)。各组的血清总抗氧化能力无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲料中添加EEFCV对黄颡鱼幼鱼生长性能和抗氧化能力有促进作用,以增重率、特定生长率和饲料系数作为主要评估指标,饲料中添加1.50%的EEFCV应用效果较佳。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary different supplemental levels of ethanol extract from Chlorella vulgaris(EEFCV)on growth performance,body composition,digestive enzymes activities and serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of juvenile Pelteobagrus vachelli.A total of 540 juvenile Pelteobagrus vachelli with initial body weight of 1.85 g were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group and 30 fish per replicate,and fed six isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets supplemented with 0(T0 group),0.25%(T1 group),0.50%(T2 group),1.00%(T3 group),1.50%(T4 group)and 2.50%(T5 group)EEFCV,respectively.The feeding trail lasted for 56 days.The results showed as follows:1)the final average weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of T4 and T5 groups were significantly higher than those of T0 group(P<0.05),and the feed coefficient of T4 and T5 groups was significantly lower than that of T0 group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the survival rate,condition factor,viscerosomatic index and hepatosomatic index among all groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of crude protein and ash among all groups(P>0.05).The ether extract content of T5 group was significantly higher than that of T0 group(P<0.05),and the moisture content of T5 group was significantly lower than that of T0 group(P<0.05).3)There were no significant differences in the activities of protease,amylase and lipase in stomach,intestine and liver among all groups(P>0.05).4)There were no significant differences in the alanine transaminase and aspartate aminotransferase activities and cholesterol,triglyceride,urea nitrogen,glucose and total protein contents in serum among all groups(P>0.05).The serum aspartate aminotransferase activity of T1,T3 and T4 groups was significantly higher than that of T0 group(P<0.05).5)The serum malondialdehyde content of T4 groups was significantly lower than that of T0 group(P<0.05),and the serum superoxide dismutase activity of T3,T4 and T5 group was significantly higher than that of T0 group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum total antioxidant capacity among all groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary EEFCV supplementation has promoting effects on the growth performance and antioxidant capacity of juvenile Pelteobagrus vachelli,using weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed coefficient as the main evaluation indices,dietary supplemented with 1.50%EEFCV has better application effects.
