| 摘 要： | 随着抗生素应用的发展,其在畜禽养殖业的应用严重影响动物生产、生态环境及人类健康。基于食品安全、人类健康、环境保护等畜牧业面临的问题,抗生素替代产品的研发及应用是畜牧业发展的趋势,也是动物养殖业亟需解决的重要问题之一。本文结合国内外畜禽养殖业发展动态,综述了抗生素替代物在畜禽养殖业的研究与应用的相关进展,旨在为开发绿色、安全、无公害的抗生素替代饲料添加剂提供理论参考,推动我国畜禽无抗养殖的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Antibiotics seriously affect animal production,ecological environment and human health with the development of its application.On account of food safe,human health and environment protect problems in the livestock industry,Research and application of antibiotic alternatives is developmental tendency in livestock industry and a significant and pressing issues to overcome in animal breeding industry.Combined with the latest domestic and abroad development trend,this article reviews several aspects including advances and problems in research and application of antibiotic alternatives.The aim of this article is to provide theoretical reference for exploiting green,safe and nuisanceless antibiotic alternatives,and thereby to promote healthy development of antibiotic-free breeding in livestock industry. |
