| 摘 要： | 为评价中药复方软膏剂透皮效果,筛选最佳组方,以中药软膏剂中绿原酸成分为标记物,应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定透过液中绿原酸的含量,评价不同的中药剂型和不同的透皮促渗剂对中药软膏剂透皮效果的影响。结果表明,中药超微粉直接入药并以含45 g/L冰片+45 mL/L氮酮作为促渗剂效果最佳。
