苦豆子生物碱抑菌抗炎作用研究

摘    要:将苦豆子生物碱配制成不同的浓度,通过试管法测定其最小抑菌浓度;以小鼠为实验动物,选用0.3 mL不同浓度(0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/mL)的苦豆子生物碱注射剂研究苦豆子生物碱的抗炎作用。结果表明,苦豆子生物碱对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、无乳链球菌、多杀性巴氏杆菌均有一定的抑制作用。1.0 mg/mL浓度对二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿及小鼠CMC囊中的白细胞游出均有极显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),对二甲苯所致小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);1.5 mg/mL浓度对上述4个实验的小鼠均有极显著抑制作用(P<0.01)。苦豆子生物碱具有抑菌作用,其注射剂具有抗炎作用,作用与浓度呈正相关性。

Abstract:Inhibiting effects of injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L.to E.coli,S.typhimurium,P.multocida,S.agalatiae and Sta.aureus were observed by in vitro antibiosis test.The results showed that it had certain inhibiting function on these five bacteria.The anti-inflammafory effect of injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L. was studied by the dose of 0.3 mL at different dose(0.5,1.0,1.5 mg/mL) by the model of mice.The results indicated that groups of 1.0 mg/mL dose had significant inhibition to xylene-induced ear edema,catton-pellet granuloma and CMC-induced chemotaxis of leucocyte in mice(P<(0.01),)had significant inhibition to the increase of skin capillary permeability induced by xylene in mice(P<0.05).The group of 1.5 mg/mL dose had significant inhibition effect in four former tests(P<0.01).These results showed that injectio alkaloid of Sophora alopecuraides L.had significant anti-inflammafory effect and was positively interrelated with the dose.
