| Abstract: | The drug residues were extracted with ethyl acetate,hexane and methanol: water(80∶20,V/V).The liquid chromatographic separation was performed on a welchrom-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The results show that as standard of S/N=3,the detection limit of albendazole sulfoxide and albendazole sulfone were 0.174 mg/kg and 0.066 mg/kg respectively,and the recovery rates were both more than 85%.The method was verified suitable for the residue research. |
