| Abstract: | With the undulating development of pigeon industry, the researches on pigeon paramyxovirus type I infections in China were rise and fall in several times. Since 1980's, many a specialist have made a lot of study on pigeon paramyxovirus type I infections, but they didn't agree thoroughly with each other in many aspects. It is necessary to further demonstrate and research. In this article the information about pigeon paramyxovirus type I infections (including history, etiology, epizootiology, clinical signs, lesions, phylogeny, prevention and control) is summed up in order to be helpful to further research and control the disease. |
