| 摘 要： | 为准确掌握青海省海南州布鲁菌病的防控状况,通过血清学、细菌学等检测方法,对海南州人畜间布鲁菌病进行多年监测.结果表明,1958年-1983年,牛羊的平均阳性率为4.05%.1983年牛羊阳性率分别为5.77%、3.89%,1994年下降为0.45%、0.43%.1995年-2003年,用试管凝集试验抽检,牛的平均阳性率为0.065%(11/16 909),羊的平均阳性率为0.038%(12/31 744).2005年-2008年间,只有2007年共和县检出阳性羊1只(1/50),2008年,同德、贵南县分别检出阳性牛1头(1/50)(1/350),表明海南州布鲁菌病的防控质量达到了国家规定的"稳定控制区"标准.

| Abstract: | For an accurate grasp of the prevention and control situation of brucellosis in Hainan,Qinghai province,the serological and bacteriological methods were used for monitoring human and animal brucellosis for many years.The results showed that the average positive rate in cattle and sheep/goats was 4.05% over the years 1959-1983.The positive rates in cattle and sheep/goats were 5.77% and 3.89%,respectively in 1983,and dropped to 0.45% and 0.43%,respectively in 1984.During 1995-2003,the test-tube agglutination ... |
