| 摘 要： | 为准确掌握投放安徽省的A、B、C、D 4个厂家的猪O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗在实际生产中的免疫效果,2008年秋季至2011年春季,共采集了844个猪场10 439份免疫接种后1个月左右血清样,采用液相阻断ELISA检测了O型口蹄疫抗体滴度。结果显示,4个厂家疫苗的免疫接种效果差异明显,B厂疫苗免疫效果最好,D厂疫苗次之;不同年份疫苗的免疫接种效果差异显著,2010年的疫苗免疫接种效果最好。

| Abstract: | With the aim of comparing the immune efficacy of serotypeΟFMDV inactivated vaccine of swine supplied by four different manufacturers(A,B,C and D),10 439swine sera collected from 844swine farms that were immunized with serotypeΟFMDV inactivated vaccine for one month or so were detected for the antibody titer of serotypeΟFMDV by LPS-ELISA.The results indicated that the immune efficacy of this type of vaccines from different manufactures was different,and the B factory ’s vaccine was the best,and the D factory ’ s vaccine was in the second.Moreover,the immune efficacy of this type of vaccines of different years was different notably,and the vaccine of the year 2011was the best. |
