猪流感研究进展

猪流感是由正黏病毒科A型流感病 毒引起的猪的一种急性、传染性呼吸道疾病。 其特征为疾病突发,高热,精神沉郁,食欲废 绝,呼吸困难,阵发性咳嗽。猪流感病的病死 率不高,病猪可迅速康复。近年来,随着集约 化养猪规模的不断扩大,猪流感对养猪构成 了较大的威胁。此外,猪流感在人流感和禽 流感之间发挥着关键性作用,具有重大的公 共卫生意义,自1918年首次报道以来,猪流 感病一直受到人们的广泛关注。文章对猪流 感的病原、流行病学、诊断、防治、公共卫生意 义等方面作了概述。

Progress of Swine influenza

Swine influenza(SI) is a acute infectious respiratory disease caused by influenza A virus belonging to family Orthomyxoviridae,characterized by outbreaking, high fever, lethargy, loss of appetite, dyspnea, coughing. In recent years ,SI resulted in more severe economic loss. What's more, SI serves an important role in the interaction between human influenza and avian influenza. Becuase of SI's serious economic loss and implicaiton in public health, it has been put into intensive attension since its first report in 1918.In this article,SI's pathogen,epidemiology, diagnosis, control and public health were analyzed.
