| 摘 要： | 通过PCR扩增得到PCV-2的ORF2基因,将其插入到了真核表达载体pVAX1中,构建了重组质粒pVAX1-ORF2。作为免疫佐剂,一段150 bp的人工合成CpG-ODN被插入到了pVAX1-OFR2的骨架结构中,构建了含有CpG-ODN的表达ORF2编码蛋白的重组质粒pVAX1-ORF2-CpG。 |

| Abstract: | The subject of this study was to construct a recombinant plasmid DNA,which is based on ORF2 of PCV-2(porcine circovirus type 2) and contains a synthesized CpG-ODN of 150 bp in length.ORF2 of PCV-2 and a sequence consisting of 18 copies of three kinds of CpG motifs were induced into vector pVAX1's MCS and backbone structure,respectively.The recombinant plasmid is supposed to be used as a DNA vaccine in the further study. |
