| 摘 要： | 非洲猪瘟(African swine fever, ASF)是一类动物传染病.由于该病死亡率较高,一旦发生将会给养殖业带来巨大的经济损失.该病因保护性免疫反应的复杂性,目前尚无有效的疫苗进行预防.为了防范非洲猪瘟病毒传入我国,根据该病毒的病原学和流行病学特性,尽可能的降低该病的感染和传播途径.并应用血清学和分子生物学无感染性的诊断方法快速、灵敏的检测该病毒,从而将该病传入我国的风险降至最低. |
