| 摘 要： | 随着反向遗传学操作技术的发展,重组新城疫病毒载体成为当今病毒载体系统研究的热点之一.论文在综述了新城疫病毒的安全性评价、分子生物学特性的基础上,着重介绍了以新城疫病毒作为病毒载体表达外源基因应用于基础研究、疫苗研究和作为基因治疗载体等研究概况.

| Abstract: | With the development of reverse genetics approach,recombinant Newcastle disease virus(NDV)vector has been one hot-spot of the virus vector system.Based on the safety evaluation and biological characteristics of NDV,this paper reviewed NDV as a vector to afford a new method for fundamental research,vaccine development,and gene therapy vector.The prospect of NDV vector system was also discussed in the paper. |
