脂肪酸结合蛋白研究进展

摘    要:脂肪酸结合蛋白家族是脂质结合蛋白超家族成员,广泛存在于哺乳动物的小肠、肝、心、脑、骨骼肌等多种细胞内.到目前为止,已证实有9种不同的组织特异分布的脂肪酸结合蛋白,它们分别是肝脏型、肠型、肌肉和心脏型、脂肪细胞型、表皮型、回肠型、脑型、髓鞘型和睾丸型.脂肪酸结合蛋白是一族多源性的小分子胞内蛋白质,其主要作用是调节脂肪酸的摄取和胞内运输,可将脂肪酸从细胞膜上运送到脂肪酸氧化和甘油三酯及磷脂合成的场所.脂肪酸结合蛋白基因都是由4个外显子和3个内含子构成.脂肪酸结合蛋白基因的突变可导致脂类代谢的改变,猪的脂肪细胞型和心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白基因已被证实是影响脂肪性状的主要侯选基因.

Abstract:Fatty acid-binding proteins are members of the superfamily of lipid-binding proteins,which are widespread in the cells of small intestine,liver,heart,brain,skeletal muscle of mammalian.So far 9 differ- ent fatty acid-binding proteins with tissue-specific distribution have been identified:liver,intestinal,mus- cle and heart,adipoeyte,epidermal,ileal,brain,myelin and testis types.Fatty acid-binding proteins are some of micromolecular intracellular proteins.The primary roles of fatty acid-binding protein are regulation of fatty acid intake and intracellular transport,which can transport fatty acid from cell membrane to the place where fatty acid oxidaes as well as triglyceride and phosphatide are synthesized.The FABP genes consist of 4 exons and 3 introns.The mutation of FABP genes can induce the alteration of lipid metabo- lism.The porcine A-FABP and H-FABP have been identified as major candidate genes with effect on fat- ness traits.
