摘    要:应激蛋白(HSP)可在多种应激原刺激下产生,并具有伴随性、自卫性、协同性、模拟性、双重性等特性。近年研究表明:HSP可提高机体耐热性,保护、修复细胞蛋白质,参与机体免疫反应,介导肿瘤增殖并参与肿瘤免疫,参与胚胎分化发育等诸多作用。因此,HSP的研究在生命科学的诸多领域受到重视。

Abstract:Stress protein (heat shock protein, HSP) can be produced through stress course by many kinds of stimulation. It had many characters such as the accompanying character, the self defense, the cooperative effect, the function of simulation and the dual effects. Recent studies show that HSP can heighten the heat resistant ability of organism, protect and restore protein in cells, participate in immunity response, intervene in multiplication of tumor and anti cancer immunity, and also participate in some actions of differentiation and growth in embryo. Therefore, the study of HSP is highly regarded in the field of life sciences.
