| 摘 要： | PCR是一种体外核酸扩增技术 ,具有敏感性强、特异性高、快速、简便等优点 ,在医学、生物学等领域中得到了广泛应用。文章系统地阐述了PCR技术在沙门氏菌快速检测中的应用 ,并对引物基因设计、PCR扩增过程中的技术参数和常见疑难问题做了归纳总结。同时简要介绍了PCR技术的研究进展 ,展望了今后微生物检测的发展方向

| Abstract: | As a technique for amplifying nucleic acid in vitro with high sensitivity ,specificity,swiftness and convenience,PCR has been applied widely in the aspects of medicine and biology nowadays. The application of PCR in the rapid detection of Salmonrella has been expatiated in detail, the genes, parameters and questions of the PCR for detection of Salmonella also have been summarized in this paper. At the same time the progress of PCR and the prospect of detection of microbe also have been introduced in brief. |
