| 摘 要： | 硝碘酚腈（4－羟基－3－碘－5－硝基苯甲腈）是一种常用的牛羊抗肝片吸虫药物。它对肝片吸虫的成虫及幼虫均有很好的杀灭作用。本文对抗肝片吸虫药－碘硝酚腈的理化性质、作用机制、驱虫效果、毒理试验及化学合成方面的研究进展进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | Nitroxynil (4 hydroxy 3 indo 5 nitrobenzonitrile) was a fasciolicide widely used in sheep and cattle. It showed high activity against both mature and immature Fasciola hepatica. This paper briefly reviewed the properties,mechanism of action,therapeutic effect,toxicity and synthetic methods of nitroxynil. |
