山羊海藻百伯史坦菌分离鉴定与药敏试验

摘    要:为了对陕西省某羊场羊群发生呼吸道疾病进行确诊,取病死羊肺脏进行细菌培养、分离、纯化、生化试验、16S rRNA测序、动物致病性试验以及药敏试验。结果表明,分离株的培养特性与生化试验结果与山羊海藻百伯史坦菌符合;16S rRNA比对结果显示分离细菌与山羊海藻百伯史坦菌同源性为98%;致病性试验表明山羊海藻百伯史坦菌对小鼠有致病性;药敏试验结果显示,该菌对丁胺卡那高度敏感,对多黏菌素B中度敏感。用敏感药物治疗后羊群呼吸道疾病得到有效控制。

Abstract:In order to diagnose the respiratory diseases of goat in a goat farm in Shaanxi province,the lungs of dead goat were taken for bacterial culture,isolation,purification,culture characteristics observation,biochemical test,16SrRNA sequencing,animal pathogenicity test and drug sensitivity test.The results showed that the culture characteristics and biochemical test results of the isolated strain were consistent with those of Bibersteinia trehalosi;the results of 16SrRNA comparison showed that the homology between the isolated strain and Bibersteinia trehalosi was 98%;the pathogenicity test showed that Bibersteinia trehalosi was pathogenic to mice;the results of drug sensitivity test showed that Bibersteinia trehalosi was highly sensitive to amikacin and moderately sensitive to polymyxin B.Respiratory diseases were effectively controlled after treatment with sensitive drugs.
