宁夏吴忠地区奶牛临床型乳房炎主要病原菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

摘    要:为了解宁夏吴忠地区奶牛乳房炎的主要病原菌及其耐药情况,采集56份罹患乳房炎的奶牛乳样进行病原菌分离,并对分离菌进行了生化鉴定、16S rRNA基因序列分析、药敏试验以及耐药基因检测。结果表明,该地区的主要病原菌为大肠埃希氏菌和无乳链球菌,检出率分别为23.2%和14.3%。药敏试验结果表明,大肠埃希氏菌主要对头孢他啶、环丙沙星敏感,无乳链球菌主要对阿米卡星敏感。耐药基因检测结果表明大肠埃希氏菌和无乳链球菌主要对氨基糖胺类、氟喹诺酮类、四环素类药物敏感,大肠埃希氏菌对磺胺类药物耐药,对β-内酰胺类药物部分药物敏感,部分药物耐药;无乳链球菌主要对磺胺类药物和β-内酰胺类药物耐药。

Abstract:In order to probe the main pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of dairy cow mastitis in Wuzhong area of Ningxia,this experiment collected 56 milk samples of dairy cows suffering from mastitis to isolate pathogenic bacteria using biochemical identification,16SrRNA gene sequence analysis,drug susceptibility test and resistance gene detection.The results showed that the main pathogens in this area were Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalactiae,and the detection rates were 23.2%and 14.3%,respectively.The drug sensitivity test results showed that Escherichia coli was mainly sensitive to ceftazidime and ciprofloxacin,and Streptococcus agalactiae was mainly sensitive to amikacin.The results of drug resistance gene test showed that Escherichia coli and Streptococcus agalactiae were mainly sensitive to aminoglycosamines,fluoroquinolones,and tetracyclines.Escherichia coli is resistant to sulfa drugs,partly sensitive toβ-lactam drugs,and partly resistant to drugs;Streptococcus agalactiae is mainly resistant to sulfa drugs andβ-lactam drugs.
