抗流感病毒的中草药研究进展

流感是一种常见多发的呼吸道疾病。中医认为流行性感冒为疲疠之邪，属于温病范畴。中草药中的解表药、清热药以及以它们为主组成的中成药通过抗病毒、解热抗炎、镇痛及增强机体免疫功能而达到抗流感的疗效。中草药及其中成药抗流感病毒的基本原理在于扶正祛邪或驱邪扶正，通过阻断病毒繁殖过程的吸附、穿入、复制、成熟中的某一环节而直接抑制病毒，并通过提高机体的免疫功能，促进机体的特异性和非特异性免疫功能而间接抑制病毒。研究和开发抗动物流感的中草药及其中成药有极广阔的前景。
