| 摘 要： | 2004年-2006年从广东省4个不同地区458个规模化猪场采集2128份病料，进行了PCV-2的抗原检测，结果表明，被检地区的猪群中普遍存在PCV-2感染，检测的458个规模化猪场中有372个猪场有PCV-2阳性猪，平均阳性率达到81．22%；2128份被检病料样品中有863份为阳性，平均阳性率达40．55％（863／2128）；不同地区不同时段猪场阳性率为63．64％～92．86％，病料样品的阳性率为24．00%～48．00％。

| Abstract: | Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2) is closely related to the postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS).In this study,2128 seral samples were collected from 458 swine farms in Guangdong Province between 2004 to 2006,and detected with nested polymerase chain reaction(nPCR).The results indicated that the PCV-2 infection was widespread in Guangdong by 81.22% of the farms(372/458),and 863 sera(40.55%) were positive for PCV-2 in 2 128 randomly collected samples.The prevalence rates in terms of pig farms and seral samples were different in different areas and time,the positive rates for pig farms were from 63.64 to 92.86%,and the positive rates for individual pigs were from 24.00% to 48.00%,respectively. |
