| 摘 要： | 磷酸脂转运蛋白(PLTP)是脂代谢中重要的转运蛋白之一,在机体脂类代谢中主要介导高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)间的磷酸脂转移,具有调控动脉粥样硬化(AS)、降低血浆HDL水平等作用.对云南大河猪85个血样进行了DNA的提取及检测,PCR扩增PLTP基因并进行PCR-RFLP分析(HaeⅢ).结果表明,PLTP基因具有丰富的多态性,为今后研究该基因的生物学功能提供了依据. |
