| 摘 要： | 寒冷是高寒地区动物和人的一种常见应激原。急性（短期）暴露于寒冷环境的动物将产生冷应激（Cold stress）反应。适当的应激反应对机体适应各种刺激因素的作用，维护自身平衡和稳定是有益的，但过强或长期的应激则会给机体带来严重危害。本文对近期有关中药和营养物质抗寒作用方面的研究做了综述。

| Abstract: | Cold stress would be developed in the animals exposed to coldness which is a common stressor for animals and human in cold environment. while a long-term stress does severe harms to the body, a reasonable response is beneficial to the body adapting to the effects of various stimulating factors and maintaining self-balance and self-stabilization. This article summarized anti-cold effects of herbs and nutritional materials on body during the past period. |
