| 摘 要： | 猪伪狂犬病是由猪疱疹病毒I型引起的一种高度传染性、致死性的传染病。其疾病的传播是由易感母猪传染给新生仔猪,导致仔猪呼吸困难、发热、精神沉郁、呕吐、下痢、震颤而大批死亡,给养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。为了减少该病的发生,广大兽医工作者建立了许多检测和诊断的方法,为有效的控制伪狂犬病的暴发提供了有力的保证。

| Abstract: | Pseudorabies,or Aujesky's Disease,is caused by a type 1 porcine herpesvirus. Baby pigs suffered from the disease exhibit difficulty in breathing, fever, hyper salivation, anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea, trembling, and depression. It results in heavy economic losses in pig farm. To reduce economic losses, many methods were founded, including virus isolation, serodiagnosis and molecule biology test. These are beneficial to control e ruption of porcine pseudorabies |
