| 摘 要： | 瘟病毒非结构蛋白结构和功能的研究与探寻瘟病毒病的控制方法密切相关。论文对瘟病毒非结构蛋白Npro、P7、NS2、NS3、NS4A、NS4B、NS5A、NS5B等的结构特点,以及非结构蛋白在瘟病毒基因组复制、前体蛋白质加工和病毒粒子组装以及对细胞和宿主致病性等方面的作用进行了全面综述,并进一步分析了非结构蛋白在瘟病毒感染和疾病防控中的可能作用,可为瘟病毒新型疫苗和基因治疗等方面的研究提供参考。 |
