佐剂能够增强疫苗的免疫效果,已经在多种疫苗研究中使用佐剂。但在生产过程中,佐剂的使用受到一定的限制。限制因素包括安全性,作用机理研究相对落后,免疫途径多样化,佐剂诱导不同的免疫应答类型,效果评价方法不统一,以及自身的物理化学性状的不稳定性等问题。
