| 摘 要： | 为查明我国CPV的流行变异情况及为进一步的免疫研究奠定基础,对我国不同地区分离到的9株细小病毒毒株进行了VP2基因的扩增和序列分析,并与CPV的参考毒株进行了比较分型, 9 株CPV 中有6 株属CPV 2a,3株属CPV 2b,但未分离到CPV 2c变异株,结果表明我国目前仍以CPV 2a流行为主。

| Abstract: | In order to find out the prevalence and variation of the CPV in Chain. Nine strains of canine parvovirus were isolated and characterized from canine faeces. Two parts of the VP2 genes of the nine CPVs were amplified and analysed. Based on the differentiations of the amino acids in the VP2 genes, the nine strains of CPVs were typed. Six of them belonged to CPV-2a, and three of them belonged to CPV-2b. CPV-2c was not founded yet. The result showed that CPV-2a was the main prevalent stain in Chain. |
