| 摘 要： | 为了解昆明地区奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌及其抗药性,从采集的24例奶牛乳房炎样本中分离出16种70株细菌,其中葡萄球菌17株(23.29％),链球菌9株(11.86％),杆菌44株(60.86％).溶血试验及动物试验结果表明,溶血菌32株,包括6株α型,26株β型,3株可致实验动物死亡.药敏试验的结果表明,所分离出的14种...

| Abstract: | To find out the main pathogens causing cow Mastitis and drug resistance in Kunming,24 samples were collected,Isolation and identification showed that 70 strains of bacteria were isolated,17 strains among them were staphylococci(23.29%),9 strains streptococci(11.86%) and 44 strains bacilli(60.86%).Hemolysis and mice and drugsensitive test demonstrated that 32 strains of them were hemolytic bacteria 14 types of the isolated pathogens were sensitive to Quinolones and 12 types were sensitive to Aminoglycosides ... |
