| 摘 要： | 哥伦比亚无口蹄疫区建设始于上世纪90年代,历经10多年,先后建设了8片无疫区,到2010年,哥伦比亚实现了国家无口蹄疫.论文介绍了哥伦比亚无口蹄疫区建设的几个主要历程,总结分析了哥伦比亚无疫区建设所取得的成功经验,并对进一步推进我国无疫区建设提出了建议措施.

| Abstract: | In the 90s last century,Colombia started to construct FMD free zone.Over the past ten years,eight free zones have finished.By 2010,Colombia had achieved the goal of free country.This paper presented the main courses,summarized the successful experiences of Colombia free zone construction,and also made proposals to the free zone construction in China. |
