| Abstract: | Cellulosome is a new concept which refers to a kind of multi-enzyme complex produced by the anaerobic microbes,which can connect the microorganism with cellulose and thereby effectively catalyze the degradation of crude fibre.In this article,based on the latest literature,the development of the concept,the evidence for the presence of cellulosome,the molecular structure of cellulosome and its functions,and the study on cellulosome-like structure in the rumen were respectively reviewed. |
