Our country’s feed industry has moved from a period of rapid growth to a mature period.At present,there are a large number of feed companies and they are widely distributed.However,many feed companies are small in scale and weak in market competitiveness,and urgent need for transformation and upgrading.Due to the low credit rating of small and medium feed companies,high operating risks,and few asset collaterals,the financing channels for companies are relatively narrow and financing costs are high.The problem of financing difficulties has become a bottleneck restricting the development of feed enterprises,expanding their scale,and improving their technological level.Financial management,as an important means to improve corporate management and optimize financial management,has a certain effect on helping or solving the financing difficulties of small and medium feed companies.Therefore,this article took the financing difficulties of small and medium feed companies as the starting point,analyzed the impact of financial management on financing difficulties,and summarized the current financial management problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and their solutions to provide theoretical references for the transformation and upgrading of the feed industry.
