浅谈民营饲料企业的跨境融资

经过几十年的发展,我国饲料企业步入行业转型期。充足的资金流能帮助饲料企业扩大企业规模,形成生产经营的规模效应,进一步提升产品利润率;也能用于产品技术研发,进而生产出高质量、高科技的饲料产品,走出企业发展的差异化之路等。但饲料行业以民营企业为主,融资难成为制约企业发展的难题。近年来,随着国际贸易往来的不断加深以及经济全球化的发展,以跨境融资的形式获取企业发展资金成为解决融资难的一条出路。本文对民营饲料企业的跨境融资背景及途径进行研究,以了解当前跨境融资的现状,并通过分析制约民营饲料企业跨境融资的困境,提出相应的解决措施,以期为民营饲料企业融资难问题提供参考。

Research on cross-border financing of private feed enterprises

After decades of development,China’s feed enterprises into the industry transform ation period.Sufficient fund flow can help feed enterprises to expand enterprise scale,form scale effect of production and operation,and further improve product profit margin;It can also be used in product technology research and development,and then produce high-quality,high-tech feed products,out of the road of differentiation of enterprise development.But feed industry is dominated by private enterprises,financing difficulty has become a problem restricting the development of enterprises.In recent years,with the deepening of international trade and the development of economic globalization,obtaining enterprise development funds in the form of cross-border financing has become a way out to solve the financing difficulties.In this paper,the background and approaches of cross-border financing of private feed enterprises were studied to understand the current situation of cross-border financing,and the difficulties that restrict cross-border financing of private feed enterprises were summarized,and corresponding solutions were proposed in order to provide suggestions and references for the financing difficulties of private feed enterprises.
