电子商务环境下中小型饲料企业物流管理创新研究

随着互联网技术的飞速发展,饲料企业面临着转型升级的巨大挑战。在电子商务背景下,饲料企业,特别是中小型饲料企业也发生着翻天覆地的变化。这些变化影响着饲料企业的物流管理。本文从企业物流管理的概念入手,对目前电子商务背景下中小型饲料企业的物流管理现状和问题进行分析。针对这些问题提出相应的电子商务环境下饲料企业物流创新性对策建议,主要包括建立“互联网+”物流管理模式,加强物流管理与电子商务之间的协调合作,加大物流管理资金、技术投入,建立专门的物流人才库。希望能通过这些建议使更多的中小型企业实现电子商务背景下物流管理的转型升级,从而达到提升企业经济效益的目的。

Research on logistics management innovation of small and medium-sized feed enterprises in e-commerce environment

With the rapid development of the Internet,feed enterprises are facing great challenges of transformation and upgrading.In the context of e-commerce,feed enterprises,especially small and medium-sized feed enterprises are also undergoing earth shaking changes.These changes affect the logistics management of feed enterprises.Starting from the concept of enterprise logistics management,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of logistics management of small and medium-sized feed enterprises under the background of e-commerce.Aiming at these problems,the corresponding countermeasures for Logistics Innovation of feed enterprises under the e-commerce environment are proposed,including establishing internet plus logistics management mode,strengthening coordination and cooperation between logistics management and e-commerce,increasing capital and technology input in logistics management,and establishing specialized logistics talent pool.It is hoped that through these suggestions,more and more small and medium-sized enterprises can realize the transformation and upgrading of logistics management under the background of e-commerce,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the economic benefits of enterprises.
