| 摘 要： | 本研究应用饲料混合均匀度仪测定饲料混合均匀度。考察了仪器的准确性、精确度和稳定性,并将总离子电极仪器法与氯离子选择电极仪器法、邻菲罗啉比色法进行了比较。结果表明:仪器性能稳定、回收率100%、变异系数(CV)小于1.0%。总离子电极仪器法与氯离子选择电极仪器法或邻菲罗啉法无显著差异,具有应用范围广、操作简便、测定快速、结果准确、自动计算等特点。

| Abstract: | Homogeneous meter was applied in determination of mixed homogeneity for feed.The results showed that function of the instrument was stable,recovery was 100 %,coefficient of variation was less than 1.0 %.A comparative study demonstrated that total ion electrode method provided results similar to those of chloridion electrode method and colorimetry,and was found to be rapid,simple,accurate,suitable widely. |
