摘    要:本试验采用体外产气法,以牦牛作为瘤胃液供体,混合天然牧草为发酵底物,添加不同水平的菜籽油,测定体外培养48 h后,各试验组的相关瘤胃发酵参数,研究不同添加水平的菜籽油对放牧牦牛瘤胃发酵的影响。结果表明,培养48 h后,各试验组发酵液pH、氨态氮(NH3-N)浓度和纤毛虫数量差异均不显著(P>0.05),表明适量添加菜籽油对牦牛瘤胃发酵无显著影响;从产气量上看,添加7%菜籽油时,瘤胃累积产气开始下降,添加量为9%时,菜籽油对瘤胃累积产气具有抑制作用,因此建议菜籽油的添加量不宜超过日粮的7%。

Effects of different supplementing level of rapeseed oil on the rumen fermentation of yak

Abstract:This study was performed by in vitro gas production technique,yaks as the test animal,the mixture of native grass as the substrate,adding different levels of rapeseed oil,to measure rumen fermentation parameters of each test group in vitro culture after 48 h,to research the effect of different adding levels of rapeseed oil to grazing yak rumen fermentation.The results showed that:after 48 h of culture,pH of fermentation liquid,ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) concentration and the number of protozoa in each test group were not significant differences(P > 0.05).The suggestion was that adding the amount of rapeseed oil had no significant differences to yak rumen fermentation;According to the gas production,when 7 % rapeseed oil was added,rumen cumulative gas production began to decline;when 9 % rapeseed was added,it had an inhibitory effect on rumen cumulative gas,therefore it was suggested that the supplement amount of rapeseed oil was not more than 7 % of the diet.
